Last weekend we pulled our float in the St Albert Rainmaker Parade. We had some Sturgeon Rural Crime Watch members join us with their horses and lead the float. We had a great group of volunteers riding the float and walkers handing out candies to the children. Thank you to everyone that helped make this a success. It was great to see so many people.
Congratulations to Ken Theroux and crew on receiving the $250 award and plaque for 1st place
in the Non Commercial category at the 2026 Rainmaker Parade.
The parade judges included local individual - Mr Gary Romanchuk, Mr Connor Hogg CTV News Reporter and St. Albert Councillor Shelley Biermanski, all supported by Mr Rick Ell, a long time K40 Members. All floats were judged on float preparation effort, novelty appeal and your participant enthusiasm.
